Using this website
The information on this site is general guidance. It is not a diagnosis of your plumbing, and it does not replace an inspection by a licensed plumber. Do not rely on it to decide whether a situation is safe.
If you smell gas or suspect an electrical hazard, leave the building and contact the appropriate emergency services first.
Requesting service
You request service by calling our line. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
A visit is booked once the dispatcher confirms your address and a time. Arrival times depend on the schedule, traffic and weather, so they are estimates and not guarantees.
Pricing and approval
The plumber diagnoses the problem and gives you a clear price before repair work begins. Work starts only after you agree to the price. If the scope changes during the job, the plumber explains why and asks for your approval before continuing.
Permits and codes
Plumbing work in Park Ridge may require a permit from the city. Work follows the Illinois Plumbing Code, 77 Ill. Adm. Code 890, and local requirements. We confirm what applies to your job before work begins.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Illinois law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date when we do. Questions can be sent to the email address in the footer or by calling the 24/7 line.
